Мне там сказали, что ждут до октября, чтобы отправить форму I-140. Это серьезно так и делается? Нужно ждать до какой-то даты, и только потом отправлять, или чем раньше - тем лучше?
Кто проходил эти формальности, подскажите, плиз. Что-то не доверяю я ни нашим HR, ни адвокатам, с которыми они работают:(

There must be recruiting via advertisement for the position to show that we did try to find a current US citizen that can do the job. This is why she is saying October. There has to be so many advertisements within the time of the certification. The labor certification will not be completed until they receive all of the correct number of advertisements for the position.
The attorney is handling this for us.
