Not with stocks. You can learn to trade funds and options - this will give you a chance for daily opportunities. To make daily 1% gain significant (ощутимым) you'd want to have about 20K in your portfolio.
But you are correct - there are tons of opportunities right now, but most of them are on the *short* side.
