The ideal candidate will be Mid-level developer with about 5-7 years of Application (.NET) Development experience, including MS SQL Server. However, the person will not be doing a lot of new application development. Rather, they will be providing technical leadership to companies offshore team, troubleshooting support, some minor bug fixes, and operational support, along with some potential development for new functional enhancements to the Trading System. This person will need to know financial services particularly trading.
This person will need to be Bi-lingual, speaking both English and Russian fluently.

Возможно, учитывая твой опыт менеджмента, ты можешь претендовать на что-то более крутое, но мне трудно судить. Кроме того, следует учитывать еще пару моментов. Во-первых, сейчас H1 получить очень сложно - заявки от компаний значительно превышают квоту, и визы разыгрывают в лотерею с шансами примерно 50/50. Во-вторых, H1 - это в какой-то мере кабала: переход с одной работы на другую весьма затруднен. А если подал на грин-карту через работодателя, то вообще оказываешься к нему прикован - при перемене работы всё приходится начинать с самого начала. При этом процедура получения грин-карты таким способом может занять много лет.

Date: 2007-11-02 06:50 am (UTC)Это важные замечания. Впрочем, кабала - это только во время нахождения на территории вероятного противника. Если вернутсья в Россию, кабала моментально прекращается. А 50%-е шансы напротив - повод попробовать:)
