This morning we experienced a DNS issue that affected the availability of ns1-4.nameresolve.com (DNS Management). This issue has been resolved; however, resolution did require an update of IPs. If your domain is using this service and is currently unreachable, this is due to stale cache data being present in the resolvers at the upstream ISP provider. As caching catches up, domains will resolve correctly; however it may take up to 24 hours for the domain to resolve.
